With over 18 years of nonprofit leadership, including a highly successful founder role, he has consistently driven impactful change. At GiANT, he excelled as the #1 producer, Senior Partner, and Investor, showcasing his ability to lead and innovate in competitive environments. As an entrepreneur, Brian co-founded P2 Development, where he not only built two critical systems but also successfully navigated their acquisition.
His dynamic career also includes serving as a startup CEO, where his strategic vision propelled early-stage ventures forward. During his four-year tenure with the United States Marine Corps, Brian earned the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for outstanding leadership—a testament to his dedication and excellence under pressure.
Academically, Brian holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership, during which his research uncovered the positive leadership secrets that drive extraordinary results. His passion for developing others is further demonstrated by his extensive coaching and consulting experience with thousands of leaders, including those from Fortune 500 companies and the US Air Force.
